If the items you received are not what you ordered or for other order issues, you can send a message to our Online Ordering Team at smallchosfactory@gmail.com within 10 hours of receiving your package.
Small Chops Factory is happy to replace any item(s) in an unlikely case that they might be damaged or spoiled within the travel time. To ensure satisfaction with your order, do a thorough inspection of the contents and send us an email at smallchopsfactory@gmail.com within 24hrs of pick-up or your delivery.
We are not responsible for lost packages as a result of carrier’s error or damages/loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you entered, or for the inability of a recipient to receive/retrieve the package on the day of delivery.
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by third party carrier, but this is out of our control. Products that are delivered late by third party carrier is not Small Chops Factory responsibility.
Holidays or weather may delay delivery. Our products are perishable and any shipping delays caused by third party carriers; we unfortunately will be unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, we will still look into each case to see how we can ensure you are taken care of properly.
